Instead of showing "AVDxxx" or "CVExxx" show the short title of the actual issue (like "root USER used", or 'Improper input validation')

This one should be fairly easy for the AVD errors as we're in control of the title and can make it terse. The CVEs could be a little more challening as we're at the mercy of the person who raised the CVE keeping it concise.
