Add check for apt-get clean

Description

There are currently checks for apk add --no-cache, dnf clean all, microdnf clean all, yum clean all, and zypper clean.

However, there is no check for apt-get clean && rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/* even though using Ubuntu images is very common. Please add one.

It should be noted that apt-get clean may not be required depending on how the base image is configured. Thus it may make sense to have these be two separate checks, to allow users to ignore the apt-get clean check but not the rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/* check.
