HC-SR501 esp32 help please

i have a HC-SR501conected to an esp32 on gpio 25, and a dht22 on gpio 26.
switchmode1 1
SwitchTopic 0
Rule1 on Switch1#state=1 do Backlog Publish stat/%topic%/PIR1 ON; RuleTimer1 30 endon on Rules#Timer=1 do Publish stat/%topic%/PIR1 OFF endon
the problem is the pir keeps triggering when no movement is there .
any help would be great.
