Post EKS cluster upgrade to 1.24, wait containers on argo-worflows are running indefinitely

Hi,

As wait containers has the dependency with the /var/run/docker.sock , but dockershim container runtime is no longer supported in EKS 1.24 so wait containers are running indefinitely

argo workflow version : v3.3.2
chart_repository: "https://argoproj.github.io/argo-helm"
chart_version: "0.14.0"
EKS cluster version : 1.24

Could you please help with the fix or compatible version of argo workflows helm chart for EKS 1.24

Deployed 0.26.1 version of helm chart and argo workflows version is v3.4.7 now. I dont the issue now.
