Add smoke testing for Rasbian OS running on Raspberry Pi devices. Vagrant doesn't support ARM virtual machines. Perhaps use Qemu scripts to boot and testing IIAB.

Another solution is to use Qemu/KVM provider with vagrant-libvirt plugin for vagrant.

Cleanup Raspbian experiements
a636143 
Have failed to setup a Raspbian virtual envirnoment due the annoying 'No PCI interface' error.  

Will restart working on this #1 from the square one next week.
