"Transfer" name isn't picked up correctly for an "arranged" SIP #100

The METS attached describes two packages pulled from backlog (images_1, demo_1) and tagged t1. The name of the "SIP" therefore becomes t1 but it is being pulled out of the METS as %SIPDirectory%objects/images_1-5617df83-8120-44f9-9362-1b322ec46d91/data/objects/pictures.zip-2020", which is clearly another element. So the heuristic needs refining further to find transfer name reliably.

There might be a theme here, and this particular spot is inspired by Tessa's thinking around this.
