no visible defaults in tab Access Rights

There are no default values visible in the menus on the tab Access Rights.
If you adjust access rights per folder or file and push the blue button, the same thing happens.

Would be nice if folders were expanded until access rights within a folder become mixed. And if for folders with non-mixed access rights, this acces rights is shown. If I set rights at the file level and later differently at the folder level, what will happen?
