Create grub kernel parameters file for metal nodes

Build kernel grub parameters. The wiki. Have produced thus far is here:

Additionally, I have some other shit in my notes which I will paste here.

The kernel parameters list needs to be added to the wiki. This way we know what we have. Normally these flags would be self-documenting, however, Linux Kernel engineers did not get rich by writing cherrymx checks.
