Define API for access to the retrieval transformer based AI

As a backend integration developer, I would like an API that defines the interactions avaialble with the AW SaaS platform, so that I can easily and quickly expose the service to our customers.

Accetance:
[ ] Allows "prompt" style querries to be passed to the inference endpoint
[ ] Allows for management of training documents (CRUD)
[ ] Allows for a feedback path
[ ] Allows for configruation of the underlying model and engine parameters
