Prevent epilepsies by detecting quick flashes on screen and blocking them.
In order to use Project Julius, you need to install CamTwist for OSX. Then simply run the cam.py file using python 2.7.
Project Julius requires the use of OSX right now but we're working on compatibility with other systems, so hang tight.
