Directly usable demo pipeline for Windows

The directly usable Docker based demo pipeline is available for Linux. But we also have many users interested in using a similar pipeline for Windows. Especially people who found the ASAM solution should be able to get a running solution for their personal standard system without going to Linux systems in their environment.

Currently they need to download the Windows binaries, download the Checker Libraries, the base library properly and adapt the manifest configuration for their specific environment. Also they need to create a workflow configuration for their input file, which should be assessed. That means that the entry hurdle is very, if the user don't know the details.

Describe the solution you'd like

• ready-to-use solution with binaries and checker libraries
• pre-configured to simply Drag&Drop an input file with standard settings
• selection of configuration based on file type is nice, but not important --> optional, because the user knows what type he is passing to the framework. Might be go togehter with Simplify Command Line Interface #177

Additional context

This will also improve the ease of testing of the delivered checker libraries. Today, the developers need to use the Linux version or they have to setup an own environment.
