False positive in check_asam_xodr_junctions_connection_one_connection_element with OpenDRIVE 1.8

Describe the bug
When checking the opendrive_connection_warning.zip we receive the following warnings:

According to OpenDrive 1.8 Spec chapter 12.4 "Each connecting road shall be associated with at most one element per incoming road." we think that this warning should not occur as the incoming roads are different.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. validate provided file

Expected behavior
For OpenDrive 1.7 the behaviour is correct, but for OpenDrive 1.8 no warning should occur.
