Customize section acknowledgement in about page

The acknowledgement section is not relevant when flaskomics is deployed on another computing infrastructure than Genouest.
It would be great to have the possibility to remove or customize this section (with an env variable like ASKO_askomics_contact_message ?)

The ASKO_askomics_contact_message env should already create a 'Contact' tab with a custom message, but I agree that the acknowledgement should be customisable, probably with a ASKO_askomics_acknowledgement_message
