TIRC - The trivial internet relayable chat protocol
The trivial internet relay chat protocol is an attempt to make internet relay chat
easier to implement.
The basic 001-9 numerics will be kept...
however some replies are changed.
So say you just registered.
You now receive, for example (this will be the replies of tircd1):
server.a: 001 <nick> Welcome to the Trivial Internet Relay Network
server.a: 002 <nick> I am server.a, and I think you are <nick>!<username>@<hostname>.
server.a: 003 <nick> server.a Tircd1.0 BITMASK:fffff PRIVMASK:fffff
server.a: 004 <nick> ROOMTYPES:!@# STATI:~&*@%!+,7ffff,0ffff,07fff,00fff,007ff,000ff,0000f
server.a: 005 <nick> I know you by the number 00AAAAAAA :00AAAAAAA
server.a: ERR <nick> NOMOTD I do not have a Message of the Day.
