AsyncAPI Community Working Group Meeting:

The AsyncAPI Community Working Group is an umbrella for all community initiatives and programs at AsyncAPI. The CWG meeting aims to increase visibility and provide updates on the progress the builders are making on the different programs they're leading. These are the current initiatives and programs led by outstanding community builders:

1. Welcome and agenda alignment (3:00 PM - 3:05 PM) ➢ Facilitator: Thulie
   ➢ Welcome all team members to the meeting.
   ➢ Briefly share the agenda of the meeting.

2. AsyncAPI Community (3:05 PM - 3:25 PM) ➢ Facilitator: Thulie
   ➢ Establishment of an Advisory Board. Purpose of the Board
   ➢ Formalize the Rule to participate in one program at a time, be it Bounty, Mentorship, Maintainership, GSoC, or GSoD, because it currently exists only as a general recommendation from 2023, of which new community members are not aware, thus leading to clashes.

3. AsyncAPI Community (3:25 PM - 3:40 PM) ➢ Facilitator: Maya
   ➢ Research Discussion on AsyncAPI tools Add new page for collecting user testing participants website#529

4. AsyncAPI Community (3:40 PM - 3:55 PM) ➢ Facilitator: Anushka
   ➢ Singapore Conference speakers are confirmed, and their details are now live on the conference website! 🎤🔥
   ➢ Call for Speakers for Munich is now OPEN until May 11! If you have insights to share, now’s the time- let's make it an unforgettable experience! We're working with marketing and design to roll out the official announcement, so keep an eye out!
   ➢ A surprise conference location is coming soon! Any guesses?

Lately, I observed, the slack messages by participants have bloated up in the channels, and it's really very hard to keep track of what and why's of an information/requirement.

We should create a guideline for our slack users to follow a certain pattern for messaging on slack to avoid noise and enhances focus. A slack message should be like.
