Here when I am dragging 1.4 into bottom of 1.3.2 I can reparent 1.3 up to the root which is not desired behavior. Reparent should stop at original position.

Thanks for raising this - I am not following what the issue is. Could you further elaborate what the current behaviour is vs what you expect the behaviour to be?

See, when "item 1.3" is collapsed it's not possible to reparent "item 1.4" to the root. I expect the same behavior when "item 1.3" is expanded. So "item 1.4" should not be possible to reparent further than "item 1"
