Android + Samsung Internet (Chrome 122) not working?

I'm unable to get Pragmatic Drag and Drop working within my web application on Samsung Internet 26.0.3.7 (whose user agent says it's related to Chrome 122).

Chrome 129 and Chrome 130, installed on the same device, work, so this does not appear to be related to #112.

The basic Pragmatic example and standalone case also do not work.

(I had to disable Samsung Internet's "Pull down to refresh webpages" option - under Settings, Webpage view and scrolling - otherwise, any drag-and-drop attempt reloaded the page.)

I assume that this is an upstream issue - either a known limitation of Samsung Internet, or a bug in Samsung Internet, or a bug in its version of Chromium. Any recommendations on how to proceed?
