</style><b>Chocolate</b> is one of the most <b>craved foods</b> around the world. Women and Men are known to
be
pretty
obsessed with it. People normally eats chocolate when they are feeling a bit hungry or wanting to satisfy
their sweet tooth.</p>
<p style="color:black" align="left"> Nowadays there is quite a enourmous variety of modern and classic
confections which are made of chocolate. Not only that, when you first hear of chocolate, the first thing that
pops into your mind would be a picture of a sweet tasting candy bar. Little did you know that it was actually
made from a plant! The benefits of chocolate are due to cocoa content. This is one of the reasons why top
producers from around the world care so much about using the finest and most flavorful cocoa beans when making
the chocolate candies that we have today. Additionally, top chocolate producers would hire professional taste
testers to get important feedback, which can inspire them improve their product. That is why Manhattan
Chocolate Society was formed. </p>

<center>Chocolate Bar's Average Rating Around The World</center>
</h2>
<p>
The choropleth map below shows the Dark Chocolate Bar Average Rating for each country for years
(2016-2020).
As you can see from the map, most of the countries that produces dark chocolate bar have similar average
rating. With
<b>Chile</b> having the <b> highest </b> average rating of <b>3.75</b>, followed by <b>Argentina, Poland
and Sao Tome</b> with an average rating of <b>3.50</b>. <b>Australia</b> having the forth most highest
average rating (<b>3.37</b>), right behind <b>United Arab Emirates</b> with an average rating of
<b>3.38</b>.

<p>
Furthermore, there is only <b>one</b> country (<b>Ghana</b>) in Africa that produces dark chocolate bar.

</h2>
<p>The most important aspect of the Cacao Ratings is the flavour. Flavor diversity, balance,
intensity, and purity are all taken into account. When considering flavour component, genetics, terroir,
post-harvest
techniques, processing, and storage can all be discussed. </p>
<p>Texture related issues can also have an impact on the flavour, as texture has a significant impact on the
overall experience.</p>
<p>The Bar Chart on the left shows the <b>top 5 most common tastes</b> in a dark chocolate bar. It seems that
<b>nutty</b> is the most common flavour in a dark chocolate bar.

</h2>
<p> Cocoa Percentage is the amount of chocolate producers chooses to put in their product. Dark chocolate
usually has a cocoa percentage of 55% to 99%.</p>
<p>The error band chart on the right shows the percentage of cocoa used in dark chocolate bar from year 2016
to 2020. In <b>2014</b> dark chocolate bars tasted by Brady Brelinski has an average of <b>72.17%</b> cocoa
percentage. </p>

</h2>
<p>In the world of chocolate, there are many different recipes in making a delicious dark chocolate bar.</p>
<p>The Radical Plot on the left visualises the popularity of number of ingredients used to make a dark
chocolate bar throught year 2016 to 2020. As we can observe from the visualisation, it shows that <b>3
number of ingredients</b> is the popular number of ingredients to make up chocolate. <b>1 and 6 number of
ingredients</b> are the least propular number of ingredients to make up dark chocolate.</p>

</h2>

<center>As mentioned above, chocolate producers have different number of ingredients in making a chocolate.
However, there is one ingredient that the chocolate producers can't be absent, and that is cocoa. The
visualisation below shows the top cocoa bean supplier by country. From the visualisation, <b>Peru</b> is the
most popular country to import cocoa beans from, among the chocolate companies. The second most popular
cooca bean's country origin would be <b>Ecuador</b>, then followed by <b>Madagascar</b> and
<b>Venezuela</b>.
