Go to Project folder -> Packages -> manifest.json.
Change "com.atteneder.gltfast": "https://github.com/atteneder/glTFast" to "com.atteneder.gltfast": "https://github.com/atteneder/glTFast.git".
It will work. It was missing ".git".
