Crosschain transfer did not arrive

I transferred BNB from my own Binance chain network wallet to my Binance smart chain network account and it never arrived
I reached out to Binance.com support they told me it is not their business but Binance.org's. I reached them whom told me that the transaction that i have sent is invalid.

I'm really starting to worry, can some of you guys help me by chance?
