I'm thinking of having a button in the app to send feedback. Currently, it allows the user to email a message to [email protected]. Can we create that email account/have it forward to me?

Email is easy to generate in the app, but I'm open to other approaches as well.

@kayle Have you looked into any of the services like intercom.io? Most of them have a free tier that I think will be sufficient for our number of users.

doorbell.io is the one i'm using for now. the guy is very nice and responsive..
