If the selection type is multi-select, certain chosen options may become hidden or unresponsive

When multiple options are selected in a multi-select type, some options may be hidden due to screen size constraints or resolution. To address this, could we incorporate the option to display choices both horizontally and vertically

Steps to reproduce :
1.Login to org
2.Register the volunteer
3.we have the form element as School
4.Add more school

Expected result : app should display all the name selected
Actual result : app display only two option rest get hided
