You will be responsible for designing and implementing a secure, stable, data-centric AI-based Job & Career platform using Blockchain technology. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a service mindset and loves solving business problems with codes.
■ 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞
・You will not need to write AI models or ML (Machine Learning) algorithms but you should have experience with LLMs integration and understanding the intricacies of interacting with different AI service providers.
・Design and implementation of highly available and optimal solutions.
・Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
・Implementation of security and data protection protocols.
・Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
・Strong analytical skills and proven success in problem-solving and achieving performance objectives.
・Participate in code reviews, education, and mentorship.

■𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
・Business English or Japanese
・Over 5 years experience
・Have experience in Graph database or Vector Database
・Have used AI services (using chatGPT, Gemini or Claude as end users is fine).
・Experience with LLMs Service Integration.
・Solid experience with Node.js, Next.js and Express.js
・Solid experience in developing scalable Restuft API and Microservices
・Familiarity with GraphQL, SQL and NoSQL.
・Understanding fundamental design principles around designing scalable and secure applications.
・Good understanding of CI/CD processes.
・Experience working with Scrum and Kanban, preferably in a distributed team.
・Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good To Have But Not Required
・Familiarity with Docker containerization for model deployment
・Experience with Python for data processing, data analysis, or data mining
・Knowledge of AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment at scale.
・Knowledge of VectorDB for managing high-dimensional data.
