Deploy on Heroku

• Ensure that cron job to actually run charges works properly on heroku
• Ensure that code works properly with Heroku postgres (or alternately, connect the app to an RDS instance)

Hey Tung - I'm Kate, I've been working this project, so I can help you out. Are you saying that the tax isn't collected from your credit card? That shouldn't happen until December 1st. Or is something else wrong?

oh, cool Kate. are you saying that it's fully deployed, and my card should be charged on Dec 1st?

when I go to /account under MY GIVING i don't see any way for me to edit my contribution... so I don't feel confident the transaction is going to go through

yeah, I don't see you listed as a supporter....What did you do? Did you fill out your credit card information and hit 'Pay' and then nothing happened?
