What is the outcome that you are trying to reach?

• The addons created by EKS Blueprints should modify the default settings to ensure that multiple replicas are created plus pod disruption budgets enabled (where applicable/possible). This will mean that the EKS Blueprint default settings for addons have taken into consideration high availability of resources created

Please make this configurable so that smaller, less critical, or simply non-HA platform for development, test etc can also use this framework without PDB.

Defaults are simply that - defaults. Its implied that they can be overridden but just to be clear, yes there will be support to override these values
