EC2 create AMI action

could be awesome to have a dedicated action for create a AMI from a running ec2
something like

actions/ec2_create_ami_action.py

Preparing a document that describes the new setup of tasks and cross-account roles as well made changes to make this significantly easier. (less stacks, account id's instead of cross account arn's)
