Support for 50 FPS

I've started testing this solution as a successor of content localisation & media insights which are also aws library samples. I've uploaded some of the materials we used to test there and noticed that 50FPS materials are not supported.

I've had a peek into the code and it seems it just hasn't been added:

So it would be great to add this as 50fps is quite popular in Europe. I don't think there are limitations when it comes to support of any of the Media Services in AWS.
