Describe the bug
We are using a secondary display (i.e. presentation is a special kind of dialog whose purpose is to present content on a secondary display) to show attendees videos on it. But the audio is not transferring to the secondary display it's still coming from the phone instead of the secondary display.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start screen mirroring from the settings.
  2. Open Youtube or any media app & play the video.
  3. Check audio is coming from mirrored display.
  4. Join the meeting from the same device when screen is mirrored.
  5. Check audio is not transferring to secondary display, it's still coming from the phone.

Expected behavior
Is there any way to transfer audio to secondary display like other media applications. We check it with both audio configuration i.e AudioStreamType.Music & AudioStreamType.VoiceCall

Test environment Info (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Pixel 6 Pro, Motorola Edge 20
  • OS: Android 12
  • Version amazon-chime-sdk: [0.17.1]
  • Version amazon-chime-sdk-media: [0.17.1]

Hi @saurabh810, for clarification, do you use Motorola Edge 20 as the secondary display and mirror the screen of Pixel 6 Pro to it?

Hi @dingyishen-amazon, no, I am casting/mirroring the screen of Motorola Edge 20 or Pixel 6 Pro to a Chromecast-enabled device (in my case it's Mi TV).

Hi @saurabh810,

This is not supported currently, I'll mark this as feature request.
