Triggering codepipeline from codebuild to create a codebuild a build stage

Hello, I am creating a codebuild in a stack and from buildspec of that codebuild I am running cdk deploy to trigger a codepipeline where I have two stages one the source and other build. In the build stage I am creating a codebuild project for which i am creating a role and passing to the codebuild project.

But the cdk deploy command is failing while creating the codebuild at build stage it is able to create the roles and other things. If I run the cdk deploy directly it is working fine. I am not sure just guessing if it is something with running cdk deploy command in codebuild container. I looked into the policies and try to met the requirement but no success.
