Add support to create Direct Connect Gateway association with Virtual Private Gateway

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Without doing it manually or through the customizations-config.yaml file, it is impossible to create an association between the DX Gateway and the Virtual Private Gateway.

Per AWS Support, only custom resources can achieve this via customizations-config.yaml which can be quite complex for many people.

Since all other elements are managed and generated through the network-config.yaml it would be relevant to be able to do this via the network-config.yaml file just like the TransitGateway without having deployment parts outside of the network-config.yaml file.

Like Transit Gateway association, being able to create a Virtual Private Gateway association with a Direct Connect Gateway.

We have an open feature request for this and I've added this issue to the feature request to get more traction and prioritization. I will keep this issue open in the meantime to keep you up to date on when this has been implemented and set for release. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime.
