Description

Folks have reported that there should be a way to connect to both Metamask and Keplr upfront
At the moment, the option to connect to those wallets are interleaved throughout the flow of a transaction.

Related acceptance criteria:

When I update my balance AFTER Satellite has loaded (e.g. after adding funds through a faucet), the balance in Satellite should also update automatically.
When I don't have the Metamask/Keplr extensions installed, need to have Satellite link me to where I can install them
