[Bug] Quiz Input Doesn't React When User Selects an Option

What happened?

When Choosing an option to for the answer of quiz questions. the following inputs doesnt respond with the mouse click. There should be a reaction to show users that their input has been recorded.

How can we reproduce this bug?

1. Go to quiz page
2. try to answer the questions of quiz
3. you will notice no change in options after choosing them
