UI: Activity table (delegations)

1. Show "Transition" button for active phase-1 staking tx. (excluding overflowed ones). Note, the button name is TBD and we can consult team later on, it's not important at stage stage
2. Add other state based on the response from API according to https://babylonlabs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BABYLON/pages/31948956/Phase-2+Stake+States+Specification. for example, a stake button should show if the phase-2 delegation is in verified state from backend response

Note: The intermediate states that needs to be saved into local storage is not in the scope of this ticket. e.g

"pending verification"
"pending BTC Confirmation"
"pending registration"
"pending avtivation"
"unbonding submitted"
"Withdraw submitted"
