Have anybody succeed in replaceing the templates with custom protein complex templates?

RFAA made a bad prediction for my case , so i want to feed the ground truth structure as the first template to the xyz_t[0,:] in the construct_feature function to see if RFAA will give a good prediction, but the model make a worse prediction too.
