Thank you for your work on this tool. I’ve been using RFAA for RNA-related predictions, but the accuracy seems to be quite low without RNA MSA support.
I have a couple of questions:
Are there any plans to implement RNA MSA support?
If so, is there an estimated timeline or any updates on when this might be available?
If not, could you provide any advice on modifying RFAA to support RNA MSA, possibly by looking at the RF-NA implementation?
We’re considering this for RNA-ligand complex predictions and would appreciate any guidance or potential challenges to be aware of.
I understand that development takes time, and I’m looking forward to the tool’s future improvements. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
