Clarify license of Pattern DB #3

Currently it is not clear under which license Pattern DB is being distributed and whether (and under which conditions) third party projects are allowed to use it.

It would be great if the license could be declared and put into the repository (or at least be mentioned in the README file).

Dear Jochen,

Thanks for the notice, the license is missing indeed. It will be included soon, seems this will use the Creative Commons Attibution Sharealike: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/
