在电脑端哔哩哔哩网页版中，未登陆下能正常看到视频评论区，登陆后无法显示评论区

EasyPrivacy中的/bili-collect.会导致此问题

EasyList China中修复了这一问题 easylist/easylistchina@c23db26

应该与ADgk无关。
