Configured but blinds not being controlled

Per the title, got this configured and see the Tilt Cover Position values change BUT the blinds are never being controlled (don't move). I've gone through the documentation, set this up multiple times, can anyone assist with a step by step on how to get this working from scratch ? Using Switchbot Blind Tilts that are controllable through HA without issue otherwise. Thanks in advance, would love to get this running as expected.

Have enabled debug mode and here is what I see. The Adaptive Cover integration does seem to grab data BUT it states the blind is already at the position even though thats not the case. In this specific example the blind is fully open and has been all the time

Not sure why nothing is being controlled by this integration @basbruss any thoughts ? Thanks
