Why is AL turning itself off?

I have a light group with its own AL settings. For some reason, AL keeps turning itself off for this group, while the two other AL groups remain on.

I went into Dev Tools | States and pulled up my Adaptive Lighting: Kitchen entity and set the state to on:

20 seconds later (basically the amount of time it took me to get the screen capture), I hit the refresh button, and the state has reverted to off:

You can see from this shot of the logbook that nothing happened in between these two events:

No scripts/automations/anything else is happening. Why does this keep turning itself off? Obviously, it's messing with my lighting, and since this is the kitchen, it's a bit annoying to have it be dim during the day.
