As of today (2018-10-13), this package only supports "batch" mode de-identification. It would perhaps be nice to have more of an interactive API that supports smaller de-identification problems while still writing the necessary logs and lookup table output.

I think it would be most helpful to have an interactive config builder that looked at file headers in a data directory
