Header shows Organization name from SOW from funding agreement

The header currently shows the Organization name as per the application, subsequent change from the signed agreement needs to be reflected in the header.

• When the SOW from a signed funding agreement is uploaded, the The Organization name should update to reflect the SOW in the: Analyst header, Analyst dashboard rows, assessment table
• When SOW from a signed funding agreement is uploaded, the application form does NOT update, continue to show the Organization name from the application.
• When change requests SOWs are uploaded, the Organization name should update to reflect new Organization name in the SOW
