Header shows the most recent project title

The header currently shows the project title as per the application, subsequent change from the signed agreement needs to be reflected in the header.

AC

• When the SOW from a signed funding agreement is uploaded, the The Project Title should update to reflect the SOW in the: Analyst header, Analyst and applicant dashboard rows, assessment table
• When SOW from a signed funding agreement is uploaded, the application form does NOT update, continue to show the project title from the application.
• Use the latest un-archived version of the SOW from the signed funding agreement, not from the SOWs from Change Requests.
