Content: SJ Catchall for content inconsistencies

As different users of SIMS, I want the content to have a consistent look and feel to the pages so that I have a clear understanding of what I am doing.

Acceptance Criteria

• Ministry user: Consistent naming convention for breadcrumb to return to student application details(TBD)

Current state:
<- Back to student applications for Application view
<- Application history for Assessments view and Application Status view
<-Student Applications for Application Restriction Management view

Additional context

• This ticket is for the current catchall for content tickets as chatted about in daily team connect meeting.
