Describe the Bug
When selecting "Type: Other" and "Category: Jet Fuel" in the Fuel Supply schedule, the "End Use" field should default to "Any." However, currently, no option is being provided for selection.

Image

Expected Behaviour

  • When "Type: Other" and "Category: Jet Fuel" are selected, "End Use" should automatically default to "Any."
  • Users should see "Any" as a selectable option in the dropdown.

Actual Behaviour

  • The "End Use" field does not display any options for selection.
  • Users are unable to proceed as they cannot set the required End Use.

Implications

  • Users are unable to correctly report Fuel Supply data for "Other" Jet Fuel.
  • Missing End Use options may prevent compliance report submission.
  • Could indicate an issue with dropdown dependencies or default values.

Steps To Reproduce
User/Role: Compliance Reporter

  1. Navigate to the Fuel Supply schedule.
  2. Select "Type: Other."
  3. Select "Category: Jet Fuel."
  4. Observe that the "End Use" field does not provide any options.
  5. Verify that "Any" should be the default but is not appearing.

Notes:

  • Ensure "Any" is correctly assigned as the default End Use for this selection.
  • Check whether this issue affects other fuel types or categories.
  • Verify dropdown dependencies and default value logic in the system.
