It would be nice to add the URL of the case's docket on CourtListener's RECAP Archive to each DocumentCloud document page.

I think this would go somewhere in bigcases_scrape_docs.py, but have not looked that closely yet.

If there's interest in this, I'll do some work on johnhawkinson/recapupload#2 which would otherwise block this.
