When the player sets Dash-Through to actors, and the actor is a solid actor, the dash comes to a stop.
I'm not sure if this should be expected behavior or not. I can see arguments either way, and it is harder to add stopping than to remove it.
P+ states can be used to create a fix for this by disabling the collision group on dash start, and then re-enabling it at the end of the dash.
