I saw that version 2.3.5 was updated in October 2023.When can the release version be released?

I have no plans for an updated release. Mainly because of #123. I do not like the fix and it is creating a new bug with #136.
I won't publish an update for as long as I cannot safely use stringstreams for parsing floating point numbers on all relevant platforms. I'm tired of working around issues that appear to be caused by reliance on outdated and broken std implementations.
