The next-global-css package seems to be required during runtime. Any reason why it is instructed to be installed as a dev dependency?

Additionally, if the packages are pruned (using npm prune --production or NODE_ENV=production npm prune), this package will be removed.

Hello, i think yes, need install as production dependency (need to update readme)
