Define CI requirements docs

  • Create matrix for OS/compiler/C++ standard support
  • Create matrix for linter support

I will be happy to help create a ci template for beman projects once the minimum requirements are established!

I presume the official CI for the project is GitHub Actions?

I don't really understand what you mean by linter support here? Supporting multiple kinds of linters sounds like a bad idea.

Not multiple linters for same feature, but having linters for C++, Python, Bash, MD etc
