Describe the bug
During testing #1586 I met an issue with the disappearing image during the editing problem step.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the problem
  2. Add an image to the step
  3. Save
  4. Back to All Problems
  5. Open this Problem once again
  6. Edit a step with the image
  7. Click Update Step button - Photo disappeared
  8. Save and back to All Problems
  9. Open this Problem once again - No image

Expected behavior
The photo should stay in the step after the update

Desktop:

  • OS: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Google Chrome Browser Version 85.0.4183.83

Tested with success
The photo stays in the step after the update. I reproduced all steps from the description and now all works without issue.
